All training is conducted within the trainee’s workplace. This proves beneficial as a training centre gives a false sense of security and it is difficult to replicate some of your company’s products, materials and operations within a training centre.

Being trained within your own working environment makes much better sense given the diversity of some of the applications within industry, retail etc. Training will also incorporate on the job experience.

On site training will also accommodate shift patterns or quiet periods to minimise disruption to the warehouse or trainee’s work patterns.
On site training is also more cost effective as trainee does not have to travel or be accommodated thus attracting nil expenses.

Suitable quiet area for theoretical and practical tuition must be made available.
